| Primary Objective | This is a dose escalation study that will assess the safety of Vorinostat, a Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, in combination with palliative radiotherapy in l patients with advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). |
| Target Population | Patients must have histologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC. |
| Exclusion | Patients with known, untreated brain metastases will be excluded from this clinical trial |
