| Primary Objective | A Phase 1/2, open-label, safety and efficacy study. Phase 1 will follow a dose-escalation design and Phase 2 will employ an optimal Simon 2-stage design for each of two arms to which subjects will be randomly assigned. |
| Target Population | Subjects must have histologically confirmed NSCLC and currently have Stage IIIb or IV NSCLC. |
